Our story
Contractors first.Software came later.
We run a renovation company in the Greater Toronto Area and have 16+ years in construction, 5+ running our own company. We tried the usual tools. They were built for someone else’s workflows, charged per user, or needed three more apps to fill the gaps.
So we built our own system. N35 OS grew out of real challenges: apartments that had to be ready for move-in on time; materials ordered from multiple suppliers; subcontractors working across different jobs; and the question every owner asks at the end of a project:

What is N35 OS?
N35 OS is an all-in-one system for renovation and construction companies, independent contractors, and subcontractors. It brings leads, projects, schedules, materials, teams, suppliers, and job costs together in one place. We built it for our own renovation company and use it every day.
Does N35 OS support apartment building work and new home construction?
Yes. N35 OS is suitable for contractors handling unit turnovers, renovations, repairs, and maintenance in existing apartment buildings, including work for property management companies. It also supports companies and contractors building individual homes.
Managing the development and construction of entire apartment buildings falls outside its intended scope.
Does N35 OS replace my accounting software?
No. N35 OS handles the job side of your business: quotes, invoices, costs, and profit for each project. Your accountant can keep using their existing accounting software.
Why don’t you charge per user?
We don’t believe it’s fair to charge more every time your team grows. Professional tools should be affordable for new and small businesses, too.
That’s why our Business plan offers one company price with unlimited users. We want to help businesses organize their work and grow.
Do I pay per employee on the Business plan?
No. The Business plan covers your company with one subscription and unlimited users.
Can I manage leads before they become projects?
Yes. Track every inquiry from first contact through to a won or lost deal, and keep each client’s full history in one place.
Can I manage subcontractors and suppliers?
Yes. Keep subcontractors and suppliers in one directory, link them to projects, and attach their invoices to the relevant jobs.
Who controls my company’s data?
Your company controls its workspace data. You decide what information about clients, employees, and projects to add, and which workspace users can access it.
We process data to operate, support, and protect the platform and provide recovery. Access to workspace content by authorized staff is limited to necessary service tasks and is logged. Our Privacy policy — English explains our role and how we handle information.
When and where will N35 OS launch?
Early access is planned for early 2027 across 60 countries. The full release will follow later.
How can I get early access?
Request founding access. Confirmed founding members will get access in early 2027 and can use N35 OS free until the full release, followed by 1 additional month free. This free period applies to Solo and Business.
Founding members get 25% off Solo and Business for their first 12 paid months.
Your discount starts with your first payment and lasts 12 months while your subscription stays active. After that, the regular price applies.
Is N35 OS only for renovation companies?
No. N35 OS is built for contractors across construction, renovation, repair, and property maintenance, including interior trades, roofing, windows and doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping. It helps you organize clients, projects, teams, materials, and job finances.
Is N35 OS suitable if I work on my own?
Yes. The Solo plan is designed for independent contractors working on their own and includes one user and all features. The Business plan is designed for teams and includes unlimited users.
How much does N35 OS cost, and what’s included?
Solo costs ₼49 AZN per month for one user. Business costs ₼169 AZN per company, per month, with unlimited users.
Both plans include all features: clients and projects, estimates, quotes and invoices, tasks and scheduling, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, and project finances.
Are there limits on projects or documents?
Both plans include unlimited clients, projects, orders, estimates, quotes, and invoices. File storage in your Google Drive depends on the Google storage plan you choose.
Can I manage multiple jobs and schedule my team?
Yes. Manage projects, tasks, and schedules in one system. Plan your team’s work week by week, track what’s completed and what’s in progress, and see which jobs need attention.
How does N35 OS help me track profit on each job?
Compare estimated and actual costs for materials, labour, and subcontractors. Each project also shows invoice amounts, payments received, and the outstanding balance, helping you monitor cost overruns and job profitability as work progresses.
Can I create estimates, quotes, and invoices?
Yes. Create estimates, quotes, and invoices in the same system you use to manage clients, projects, and job costs.
Can I track materials and inventory?
Yes. N35 OS includes material and inventory records, supplier prices, and your own price lists, keeping material information alongside your project work.
Can my clients follow their project’s progress?
Yes. Through the client portal, clients can view project progress, completed milestones, and updates. Your team decides which updates clients can see.
Why does N35 OS connect to Google Drive?
Google Drive stores the documents, estimates, invoices, photos, and other files you create or upload through N35 OS. You work with those files in the platform, while your company chooses its Google storage plan and capacity.
N35 OS also uses its own CRM database. Separate backup copies, including file copies in storage controlled by Prime Portal, are encrypted and used only for data recovery.
Will I keep my files if I stop using N35 OS?
Yes. Files stored in your Google Drive remain in your Google account after you stop using N35 OS.
Can I use N35 OS on my phone or without an internet connection?
A mobile app will be available later and will include selected N35 OS features. Some of those features will work offline, and data will sync when the internet connection is restored.
Can I limit what employees and subcontractors can access?
Yes. You decide which projects, documents, and financial information each participant can access. Employees and subcontractors see only what they’re permitted to access for their work.
Can I import data from another system?
We’ll help you move your clients and price list into N35 OS manually as part of your onboarding.
Can I try N35 OS before paying?
Yes. Confirmed founding members receive 1 month free after the full release, in addition to the free early-access period. This applies to Solo and Business.
New users who join after the full release receive a 7-day free trial.
Can I cancel my subscription or switch plans?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription in your workspace settings. You can also switch from Solo to Business or back.
Cancelling a subscription and deleting a workspace are separate actions. Closing your workspace does not automatically delete files from your Google Drive.
Can I export my data from N35 OS?
Yes. Documents, photos, and other files saved through N35 OS are kept in your connected Google Drive. Some of the information stored in the N35 OS database will also be available for separate export.
How do I get support?
Contact the N35 OS team. Your workspace will have a dedicated support page where you can ask questions, report issues, and get help.
You run a renovation company. Will you use my client list or pricing?
No. We do not use your client list, prices, supplier information, or project data to find construction or renovation work, solicit your clients, or gain a competitive advantage over your business.
