The public site presents a pre-launch overview of N35 OS. Product availability and commercial terms are not yet offered here.
Product information
Interface examples describe the intended N35 OS product experience. Availability may change before release.
N35 OS is offered only in supported countries and regions. We may refuse registration or restrict, suspend or close an account if the customer is based outside those markets.
Subscription
The marketing site does not create subscriptions or accept payment. Final pricing and subscription terms will be supplied by the N35 platform.
We may change plan prices and subscription fees to reflect changes in operating costs or the service. For active subscriptions, we will give advance notice of the new price, its effective date and how to cancel before it applies. Price changes apply to future billing periods. Founding offers already granted continue under their agreed terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or any linked N35 service.
We may restrict, suspend or close an account for serious or repeated violations of these terms, including fraud, unauthorized access, misuse of other people's data or bypassing service restrictions. We may act immediately when necessary to protect security or comply with the law.
